Carolina Goncalves, MA, Doctoral Research Assistant
Carolina is an MA/PhD student in the Eliot Pearson Department of Child Study and Human Development. She received her BA in Psychology and English Literature from Knox College in 2016. Upon graduating, she worked as a research assistant at Boston University’s Center for Behavioral Science Research. Her research interests include positive physical and mental health outcomes in immigrant communities, the influence of factors related to immigration on the mental health of immigrant youth and parents, and cultural identity formation in adolescents.
